F.A.Q.
- How long does it take to build a new home?
It takes approximately 14-16 weeks from the beginning of construction to complete your new home.
- Are there any extra fees that I should be aware of?
There are no additional fees outside of your contract price unless you choose to add upgrades.
- How are upgrades handled?
Once upgrades are decided on the homeowner signs a Change Notice Form and adjustments are made at the end of the project.
- Can I reserve a building lot?
Yes you can reserve a lot for up to 30 days. We require a deposit of $5000.00 which is fully refundable should you decide to build elsewhere.
- Can I see what your standard finishes look like?
Our showroom contains many samples of our finishes as well as our model homes which are available to view at any time.
- What size of homes do you build?
Most of our homes are between 1000-2500 square feet.
- Do you build commercial buildings as well as residential?
In the past we have built commercial buildings but prefer to construct new homes primarily.
- What areas do you build in?
Currently we are constructing new homes in Belleville, Frankford, Consecon and Brighton.
